  •       at any time, for reasons related to the particular situation in which the data subject finds himself, and the data concerning him or her will be processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of VECTOR INTERNATIONAL  or on the basis of the public interest, except in cases where VECTOR INTERNATIONAL  can demonstrate that it has legitimate and compelling reasons justifying the processing of the data collected and which prevail over the interests,  the rights and freedoms of data subjects or that the purpose is to establish, exercise or defend a right in court;
  •        at any time, free of charge and without any justification, if the data concerning you is to be processed for direct marketing purposes.

→ The right not to be subject to an automated individual decision, i.e. the right not to be subject to a decision taken solely on the basis of automated processing activities, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning the data subject or similarly affects him or her to a significant extent.

→ The right to waive consent, respectively to withdraw permission to use personal data for any processing activity carried out by VECTOR INTERNATIONAL for which you have given your consent (subscription to newsletter, catalog, etc.). It is important to understand that the withdrawal of consent for a certain type of processing of personal data refers only to the processing carried out from the moment of the announcement of the withdrawal of consent, not affecting the data processing carried out during the existence of the consent and will not affect the consent given for other activities or services.
