SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME

Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected item, the number of items in your order, and the country of destination. Once you have selected the desired item, click on the shopping cart icon and select the country of destination to see the applicable shipping costs. Nikidom uses the services of Correos Express to deliver the orders directly to your the delivery address you have specified. Delivery times vary depending on the item selected and the country of destination. Once you have selected the desired items, click on the shopping cart icon and select the country of delivery see the expected delivery time.

RETURNS POLICY

Nikidom products purchased online (excluding products with promotions and on sale) can be returned up to 14 days after the purchase date with full refund excluding shipping costs depending on the reason for the return. Any returned product must be in perfect condition , it can not be used or washed and must be accompanied by its original labels, hangtags and packaging. The condition of the product for its full refund will be decided by Nikidom. In case of a refund due to change of opinion following to the purchase of the product, the customer will bear the shipping costs. If the reason for the return is due to a defect in the product, the shipping costs will be borne by Nikidom.

After receiving the product, Nikidom commits to providing the client with a reply and, if applicable, a refund within a period of no more than 7 working days after receipt of the return product.
