The present contract constitutes the General Terms of Sales Agreement, for the sale and shipping of items from www.nikidomroller.com, with additional information and conditions described as set forth below.
Prices
All prices shown on the website include VAT, but shipping costs are not included.
The product offering
The products included in this Website are currently available and the order formalization is binding on the parties. For these reasons, the General Terms of Sales Agreement is intended for persons over 18 years of age. All the elements that distinguish the products are in conformity with the applicable legal regulations in force in Spain and, especially, the regulation on advertising. Consumers are granted a period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days, from the date of receipt of the products, so that they can dissolve this agreement, with the exception of products purchased with an associated promotion or discount.
Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME
Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected item, the number of items in your order, and the country of destination. Once you have selected the desired item, click on the shopping cart icon and select the country of destination to see the applicable shipping costs. Nikidom uses the services of Correos Express to deliver the orders directly to your the delivery address you have specified. Delivery times vary depending on the item selected and the country of destination. RETURNS POLICY
Nikidom products purchased online (excluding products with promotions and on sale) can be returned up to 14 days after the purchase date with full refund excluding shipping costs depending on the reason for the return. Any returned product must be in perfect condition , it can not be used or washed and must be accompanied by its original labels, hangtags and packaging. The condition of the product for its full refund will be decided by Nikidom. In case of a refund due to change of opinion following to the purchase of the product, the customer will bear the shipping costs. If the reason for the return is due to a defect in the product, the shipping costs will be borne by Nikidom.
After receiving the product, Nikidom commits to providing the client with a reply and, if applicable, a refund within a period of no more than 7 working days after receipt of the return product.
Payments
NIKIDOM S.L. Offers the following payment option: BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT: you will receive information about the account number in an email when you have finished processing your order. SAFE PAYMENT WITH CREDIT CARD: your data is sent directly to the Bank that processes the payment and we are sent an authorization. NIKIDOM S.L. never receives your card details. For your own safety NIKIDOM S.L. only accepts secure credit cards (secure cards are those that require the use of the holder's PIN code to complete the transaction, for a 100% secure environment for e-commerce and especially the cardholder). In order to formalize the order, a summary of your personal data will be presented on the order page. All information corresponding to your personal data will be treated in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, dated December 13, for the Protection of Personal Data. In any case, your data will only be shared upon request of administrative or judicial authorities.

The data you have supplied may be accessed, modified, or eliminated at your request. In this regard, NIKIDOM S.L. is responsible for the data files of all users of this site, and guarantees users´ right to access their personal data, upon prior written request to the following e-mail address: nikidom@nikidom.com. After 30 (thirty) days following the formalization of your order and purchase, NIKIDOM S.L. will understand that you have accepted that your personal data may be treated in an automatic manner. If you enter our online shop through a portal, your data will be compiled by this portal. You are also entitled to modify or eliminate your data by sending an e-mail to the portal concerned. NIKIDOM S.L. will only be responsable of automatic files generated by and created directly at www.nikidomroller.com.

The reproduction, disclosure, use, modification or any other form of unauthorized exploitation, whether directly or indirectly by telematic networks or under similar mediums, will entail the bringing of the relevant legal actions by NIKIDOM S.L. Or by holders of exclusive or non-assigned rights to NIKIDOM S.L. All signs, symbols, logos, trademarks, mixed, figurative or nominative appearing on the Website constitute exclusive rights of NIKIDOM S.L. Or third parties whose rights are transferred to NIKIDOM S.L. On the basis of the applicable Spanish legislation or under the International Conventions on the protection of industrial property rights. 4.
