According to Art.5 (3) of Directive 58/2002, transposed in Romania by Law 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, the WEBSITE displays a cookie bar informing users about the use of cookies and asking for their consent to their use before starting browsing. At the same time, this Cookie Policy explains to users why cookies are used, what are the essential cookies, what are the types of cookies used, their purpose and the retention period.
According to the consent requirements of Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) WEBSITE users have the possibility to choose between accepting all categories of cookies, rejecting all or selecting the categories of non-essential cookies with which they agree. Obtaining the users' consent is done in compliance with the GDPR principles, using an accessible language and explaining at the same time the inconveniences that may arise if cookies are partially or totally waived.
